CircleSafe 778A

CircleSafe® 778A is an aerosol spray of our latest generation Mi-Glow® 800 fluorescent yellow-green particles and liquid Wetting Agent 771, formulated in water media. Mi Glow® 800 particles which have exceptional sensitivity, uniform size, and ideal magnetic characteristics for fluorescent magnetic particle inspection. Wetting Agent 771 is a liquid conditioning agent that provides superior surface coverage and particle mobility. It’s chemistry includes corrosion inhibitors, surfactants, and defoaming agents to ensure a reliable NDT inspection. CircleSafe 778A is designed to be used with UV-A light inspection to detect very fine discontinuities found in finished products and critical, highly stressed component parts. This aerosol spray can is packaged with carbon dioxide propellant for an odor-free, fume-free, non-combustible, SAFE magnetic particle inspection.
