CircleSafe 820A

CircleSafe® 820A is a nonfluorescent (visible) wet method magnetic particle inspection aerosol spray made up of extremely sensitive Mi-Glow® 106 black particles, premixed with our advanced liquid water conditioning agent, Wetting Agent 771, formulated in water media. It is designed to be used with visible light for a nonfluorescent wet method magnetic particle inspection of discontinuities found in the NDT of finished surfaces, structural fabrications, and welds. Higher particle concentration provides a clear and well-defined indication buildup for easy detection.  The water conditioning agent #771 offers best in class wet magnetic particle coverage on the inspection surface and has the necessary corrosion inhibitors and conditioning agents for a successful water based magnetic particle inspection. Use with Mi Glow® White Contrast Paint (WCP) for an enhanced and more sensitive wet method magnetic particle testing result. Along with the other water based magnetic particle inspection aerosols in the CircleSafe® product line, the CircleSafe® 820a is packaged with a carbon dioxide propellant for an odor-free, fume-free, non-combustible, and SAFE magnetic particle inspection.

This aerosol is packaged in a carbon dioxide propellant for odor-free, fume-free, non-combustible inspection. CircleSafe® 820A can be used with Mi-Glow® WCP.
